To relax (don’t sweat, like seriously try not to be sweaty and give your self extra time to get there)
To study the job description
To study the company
To know the interviewer
To listen
To actually answer the questions
To ask questions
To make eye contact
To wear clothes that are presentable but comfortable
Stay home if you are sick (as for a zoom interview)
To drink (not too much) water beforehand
To relieve your bladder before the interview
To be confident but also humble

But seriously – all you really need to remember is to BE YOUR SELF. Because while you may be able to pretend for 60 minutes, you won’t be able to pretend for 6 years, so if you want a long term job – be yourself and then you’ll really know – and they will really know – if this is a fit.
