One of NY’s most well regarded construction management firms, with a 50 years history of building some of NY’s most iconic buildings, has joined with NYCM Search to staff up one of their biggest projects to date: a $2.9 Billion Design Build project in collaboration with AECOM and the DDC, bringing a brand new ground up Jail to the Bronx over the next several years.

Currently in SD, our client is seeking two project managers to get involved early on with technically challenging aspects of the project.

Our second PM role requires a strong MEP background, particularly in security, surveillance, access control, and electronic building systems.  Again, having experience managing projects or trade contracts over $75 million is very helpful.
