Top landscape / hardscape NYC high end residential design build firm seeks a leader to oversee all things related to the built environment in their multi million dollar projects.  A role that combines strategic planning, logistics, budget and schedule, stakeholder management, staff management, quality control, field supervision and project management and will collaborate with ownership on high level decisions on all active projects.

You do not need to have landscape experience for this role, but you must have high end residential (private estates) GC / CM experience or specialty contractor experience, oversight of multiple multimillion dollar projects simultaneously, a solid mix of field supervision and project management, and a positive and proactive approach to your work.
