Established CM firm seeks Project Executive with strong NYC experience in large scale ground up and renovation projects.

Must have 15 plus years experience in NYC Construction Management / General Contracting, oversight of projects over $100 million, including ground up, renovation, rehab.  

Diverse project portfolio in Residential (Affordable, Luxury, Market Rate), Mixed Use, Commercial Office etc… is helpful.
