About the Role:
This role provides an exciting opportunity to support the successful execution of complex Design-Build projects. As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the Design Integrator to ensure seamless collaboration between the design and construction teams. Key responsibilities include assisting with project scheduling, budget management, design coordination, and quality control.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the design process with the Design Integrator.
- Coordinate design efforts, review drawings and specifications, and resolve design conflicts.
- Review and analyze design drawings and specifications.
- Ensure comprehensive and accurate meeting records are maintained to drive effective meeting outcomes. This includes documenting key decisions, discussions, and action items.
- Assist the Design-Build team with Design Assist efforts, ensuring design specifications and requirements are followed.
- Collaborate with Design-Build professionals, including architects, engineers, and the construction team.
- Maintain clear communication with the Design Integrator, project team, subcontractors, and clients.
- Maintain project schedules, track progress, and identify potential issues and delays.
- Track and monitor design progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure project specifications are met.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably within a Design-Build environment.
- Strong understanding of design and construction principles, methods, and materials.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).
- Experience with BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) is a plus.
Salary 90k – 130k
