We are seeking a high end residential Project Manager with projects over $5 million preferably up to $10 million+ for apartments and townhouses in NYC. We are seeking a strong Project Manager who can handle challenging projects and navigate high net worth clients, owners reps, architects, designers, subcontractors, consultants while managing your project team(s) on at least 2 projects at a time.

Salary: 150k, strong benefits

Requirements:

Luxury Single Family Renovations – Townhouses & Apartments in NYC

7+ years working for GC / CMs in NYC

Ability to report to work / site 5 days / week.

Diplomatic demeanor, capable of running high pressure projects with grace

BSCE, CM, ME, ARCH, or equivalent is preferred.
