Senior Estimator to work out of a Western CT office, and out of a NYC office (moreso the CT office) to lead on estimates (conceptual and detailed) of luxury residential Estates, Townhouses and Apartments of the highest end caliber.

MUTS HAVES!:

High End Residential Single Family experience on projects over $5-10 million
(these projects go up to $50 million plus)
True Estimating Experience
Strong Communication Skills
Passion for the work!

Salary is dependent on expeirence, and we will pay 150-225k depending on experience.
